FAQs

How long is the journey from Arusha?

About 3.5 to 4 hours each way.

Will I definitely see the Big Five?

Nothing in nature is guaranteed, but Ngorongoro offers some of the best chances in Africa, especially for lions and elephants. Rhinos are rare but possible.

How long do we spend in the crater?

Typically 5-6 hours, which allows for a complete circuit and time at key sites.

Can this trip be customized?

Yes, we can combine with Tarangire, Manyara, or cultural add-ons for a multi-day itinerary.

What's the weather like?

Cooler at the rim (jacket recommended), warmer on the crater floor. Weather shifts quickly, layers are best.
